For 33 days, our team traveled through 24 cities in 6 Brazilian states, trying to understand people's lifestyles, their habits and the level of relationship they already have with the world of alcoholic beverages, the Ambev brands and Pit Stop.
We went to their homes, took part in their routines and experienced a real documented ethnographic journey, involving more than 400 people interviewed, including customers, franchisees and the general public.

In addition to reinforcing the functional benefits of Pit Stop (Fast, Cold and Fair Price), we created a brand platform capable of driving the growth of the chain, talking directly to our target, regardless of their geographical location. A representation of the best that our country has to offer, consolidated in a single language: the Brazilian language.
Partnership
results
Enredo + Pit Stop + Zé Delivery
In partnership with the ambev team, we worked on the implementation of the brand and recommendations for the new architecture. In the first 120 days after implementation, the unit grew by 30% in franchise sales.
In addition, we opened up new commercial possibilities through our partnership with Zé Delivery (which we also worked with to design its national expansion strategy), starting a process of digital and omnichannel operation.
