We immersed ourselves in the group's brand to understand the ecosystem and identified that, culturally, the group has a welcoming, cheerful and innovative essence, which was not represented by its physical space.
Our challenge was to materialize this essence, providing a dynamic office that caters for hybrid work, stimulating the exchange of ideas and experience between areas with spaces for collective and individual moments, as well as a visually harmonious environment.

We were inspired by natural elements to harmonize the new environment between a welcoming and modern balance.
With the employee experience in mind, we have created rituals of belonging and engagement throughout the office environments, from individual boxes to personalize the chosen workstation of the day to a mug panel that enhances the existing culture.
We dedicated spaces at the head office to the experience of the brands that make up the group's franchises. We also developed a journey for new employees from each of the stores, who, when they pick up their uniform at the head office, go through a purchasing simulation that establishes a ritual of putting on the shirt.
As an element to strengthen the group's culture, we created signage for the meeting and training rooms, reframing the spaces according to their new names: Inspire, Dive, Sow and Blossom.
