About the job and your role:

As a Full Brand Designer you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a brand's visual identity, ensuring that it is consistent, attractive and aligned with the company's values and objectives. Your main goal is to create a cohesive and memorable visual experience for the brand's customers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities and areas of activity:

  • Carry out reference searches;
  • Developing corporate identity projects, working with clients of different sizes and sectors, in line with the business strategy;
  • Developing video cards;
  • Developing layouts and mockups;
  • Developing presentations;
  • Participation in strategic and tactical meetings with clients, creating solutions that solve their business problems;
  • Monitor the development of the project as a whole, ensuring its delivery with excellence;
  • Preparing project presentations and conducting them with clients;
  • Preparing projects for Brand Roll-Out and Brand Guidelines;
  • Closing and delivery of brands;
  • Traffic management (setting dates and delegating closures);
  • Supervision of file closures;
  • Supervising the upload and assembly of the brand universe;
  • Presenting brand universes.

You are the ideal person if

    • Graduated in Design.
    • 3 years' previous experience in branding consultancy or corporate identity projects for medium and large companies.
    • Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, In Design and knowledge of After Effetcs.
    • Macro business vision.
    • Being constantly up-to-date on technology and innovation trends, understanding how to apply them to new brand experiences.
    • Excellent oral and written communication.
    • Ability to conceptualize, develop and transform ideas into practical solutions.
    • 360º approach, developing points of contact for brands on different platforms, both physical and digital.
    • It is up-to-date with behavioral and market trends.

About the job and your role:

As a Junior Brand Designer you will be responsible for assisting in the creation and development of visual elements of a company's brand, such as logos, visual identity, marketing materials and much more. You will work closely with the design team to ensure that the brand is represented in a consistent and attractive way.

Responsibilities and areas of activity:

  • Work closely with strategy teams to ensure that branding materials meet project needs.
  • Assisting in the creation and development of key elements of the brands' visual identity, such as logos, color palettes, font styles and design guidelines.
  • Keep up to date with design and branding trends to ensure that brands remain relevant and competitive.
  • Receive feedback from senior designers and the design director to improve the work and ensure the quality of the design.
  • Participates in the construction of presentation layouts, animations, video cards and other files used in meetings with clients.
  • Assisting in closing files for clients and suppliers related to projects.
  • Participates in internal planning and alignment meetings.

Leading internal and client meetings to align expectations, interpret strategic challenges and define clear objectives for projects.

Structuring and reviewing work plans, ensuring that the scope of the project is well-defined and directly linked to the needs identified during the immersion.

Acting as a bridge between the creative team, research and stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and delivery.


  • Research:

Conduct in-depth competitive analysis, mapping branding strategies, positioning and opportunities for differentiation.

Leading analysis of market trends and consumer behavior, translating insights into actionable strategic directions.

Planning and supervising the preparation of primary research (questionnaires, interviews, surveys), interpreting the data collected to generate insights relevant to the project.


  • Strategy development:

Structuring and leading strategic workshops with clients, developing dynamics that promote relevant insights and solve the challenges presented.

Develop and present robust branding strategies that integrate qualitative and quantitative analysis into creative and differentiated proposals.

Propose innovative approaches and solutions to strategic challenges, taking into account the particularities of each client and market.

Supervising the definition and implementation of brand guidelines, ensuring consistency in all their expressions and interactions.

  • Application:

Elaboration of key messages to make the Tone of Voice tangible.
